Professional services

Bike service is located at the bottom station of Prima Express (Jáchymovská) chairlift and offers professional services of trained mechanics who look after the fleet of Mondraker bikes, Kickbike and Gravity scooters. They’ll take the same care with your bike, they’re prepared for a lot of situations and just don’t get surprised.

The service is always open half an hour before the chairlift starts and closes at the same time as the chairlift closes.

Self service

Visitors can also use one of two self-service points where you can find the tools for the necessary maintenance of your bicycle and use them free of charge. Service points are located close to the upper station of Prima Express chairlift, the other service point you can find at the bottom station of Prima Express chairlift.
